While no special issues or favorable factors have been identified for the SK 5th SPAC, the KOSDAQ market headquarters of the Korea Exchange lifted the suspension of trading of the SK 5th SPAC on the same day. SK 5th SPAC has been suspended from trading since April 6th due to preliminary listing screening. SK 5th SPAC resumed trading from that day after receiving approval as a result of preliminary listing review.

Meanwhile, SK 5th SPAC announced in April that it will merge with Bistos, which is running a biological signal diagnosis and treatment medical device business. The merger date is August 23rd, and the scheduled listing date is September 6th.

- CS bearing: KRW 12,050 (▲2,750, +29.57%)

CS Bearing is a stock whose stock price soared due to the effect of a free capital increase. It also reached the upper limit on the 20th. Recently, stocks related to free capital increase have been fluctuating, and CS Bearing's stock price has also fluctuated. Earlier, CS Bearing decided on a free capital increase that allocates one share per common share. The standard date for allocating new shares is the 21st, and the scheduled date for listing new shares is July 12.

Founded in 2007, CS Bearing is known to be a company that manufactures and sells wind power generation parts, plant facilities, ships and heavy equipment parts, and distributes general and special steel materials. Analysts say that stock prices have recently strengthened as the U.S. has begun to expand offshore wind power.
