On the KOSDAQ market, Gold&S rose 555 won (+30.00%) from the previous trading day to 2,405 won, Infobine rose 7,450 won (+29.98%) to 32,300 won, iQuest rose 2,240 won (+29.91%), Mobilix rose 3,600 won (+29.88%) to 15,650 won, and Rbibble Oil rose 3,500 won (25.89%).

iQuest said it acquired a 52.14% stake in Defocus worth 9.2 billion won and became the largest shareholder. Depocus is a consulting and system-building company established in 2001 and provides consulting in business intelligence (BI), enterprise resource management (ERP), and cloud, which provide information through data analysis in the corporate management decision-making stage. Iquest plans to strengthen IT business analysis capabilities and promote business diversification through the acquisition of Defocus.

 

Mobilix: KRW 15,650 (▲3,600, +29.88%)
Mobilix is a company that has achieved results in the global market through casual games based on advertising sales. As it was listed on the KOSDAQ market in January last year, it is expanding its weight to in-app-based mid-core genres such as neglected RPG. It recorded 12.1 billion won in sales and 458 million won in operating profit in the first quarter. On the 1st, it announced that it acquired 4 million shares of its subsidiary Mobilix Partners for 20 billion won.
